Lello and Alama never get bored together and are always inventing new games to play. However, Lello is an imaginary friend, and the little girl’s mother doesn’t like this at all. One day, while Lello and Alama are playing in her room, her mother scolds her, and Alama is so upset that she forgets to say goodbye to Lello before leaving. Suddenly, everything goes dark, and when Lello opens his eyes again, he finds himself in Piumarancia: the town where all imaginary friends go when they finish their work. How could this have happened? Lello is not yet ready to leave his playmate and is willing to risk everything to return to Alama.
