What are you doing?
Life on the ice floes is never boring! Our animal friends are back in a new episode that’s both cacophonous and comical.
After the success of Does It Bite?, Is It Yummy? and Doesn’t It Work? (over 15,000 copies sold in France, not counting multiple translations), Jean Gourounas (the Per Petterson of children’s literature) returns with his polar tribe for a shaggy, sidesplitting new adventure.
Jean Gourounas was born in Saint-Étienne on May 5, 1965 at 5:10 PM. It was a Wednesday, the weather was nice, and the birds were singing. What happened after that is far less exciting. At the age of eighteen, with high school arts degree in hand, he began studying at the fine arts academy in Saint-Étienne, which he left two short years later to launch a career as a graphic designer for publicity agencies. In 1995, for a breath of fresh air, he started writing and illustrating children’s books. His first book was published five years later.
