Since the arrival of Chips the goldfish, following that of Tom the dog and Hector the hamster, Flopsy has decided that the house is now too crowded to continue living without a leader. Without further ado, he organizes an election for president and quickly proposes (imposes!) his candidacy. Political maneuvering and manipulation are the order of the day, but Flopsy’s Machiavellianism will once again play tricks on him! Any resemblance to existing or past characters and situations is, of course, purely coincidental.
