In a parking lot shrouded in night, the cars are far from asleep. They chat among themselves, each sharing their adventures and little troubles: the battered sedan complains about its clumsy driver, the SUV boasts about its bumpers, the 2CV tells stories of its life as a collector’s car, the van smokes like its owner, the minivan laments the mess left by children, and the electric car defends ecology.

Suddenly, a carousel car bursts in, full of energy and whimsy. It invites everyone to have fun, perform stunts, and forget their worries. But the bigger cars, each with their responsibilities for the next day, decline the invitation. The carousel car then leaves, proud to bring joy to the children who drive it, even if only for a few minutes.

Finally, calm returns to the parking lot. The cars fall asleep, ready to resume their serious roles serving their drivers, who have grown up since their days on the carousel.

This humorous and tender tale brings the cars to life and celebrates the magic of nighttime imagination.
