The Wood Pinocchio Was Made Of

In this fabulous twist on the classic tale, Bruno Heitz finally reveals the unknown fate of the magic piece of wood left behind by Gepetto after creating Pinocchio. Stolen by a dishonest neighbor, this enchanted log embarks on an incredible journey: transformed into a bedpost, it haunts its owners; crafted into a cartwheel, it causes a spectacular crash; then, carved into a chandelier, it sets an entire forge ablaze! Reduced to a blackened stick, it ends up in the hands of a tramp just as Pinocchio, under arrest by the police, crosses his path.
